I have been literally craving for California Maki ever since we ordered a platter after watching the Deftones gig last month.

This might seem like a regular entry of a hungry little girl craving for the [oh well] California Maki, but the twist here is... I hated the sight, smell and taste of California Maki up until last month. I do not know what caused this dramatic conversion but hell, I have been suffering this craving for almost a month now.

And for this reason, the boyfriend and I went to the only Japanese food joint at Ongpin, Manila:  Sushi-Yum.

I drool.

What made this craving and katakawan worse was this photo above displaying all makis and sushis I could ingest. So for my craving and our combined eating capacity/capabilities, we opted for this reasonably priced platter of mixed makis.

We also did order the boyfriend's all-time favorite Ebi Tempura. However, I wasn't able to take a flattering photo of the dish so please just use your imagination. Hehehe.

There was nothing much that happened this day. I just went home fat and happy. ^_^
